To register for our summer program, select the amount of times per week (either 2x or 3x), then if you wish to pay up front or in instalments (there is a $50 surcharge for payments, first payment is will be charged now, second payment is due in 30 days).


All memberships included a functional evaluation, group coaching with individualized training, nutritional counseling and virtual coaching options.
